We're pleased to announce our new course schedule which includes both technical and soft skill courses.  The course offerings include topics such as StandOut Strengths Assessment, Generational Differences, Business Writing, Diversity, and more. Two of the courses have been designed specifically for supervisors/managers.  The course, "How to Have Difficult Conversations" focuses on the key skills of communication along with the course, "Understanding Your Staff" which is designed to help the supervisor/manager acquire tools to better understand their staff.  Some of the technical courses include several Microsoft Office 2010 applications which include Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and Powerpoint as well as Banner 8 Fundamentals.
