Technology Services

The Technology Services unit is responsible for meeting the technology needs and requirements of the Division of Business and Finance and for providing technology training to University employees.


Our key services include:

  • providing technical support services (e.g., quoting, ordering, installing and supporting desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals) to Business and Finance staff;
  • maintaining and enhancing systems and applications to advance the Division's operational and strategic goals;
  • training University administrators, faculty, and staff on Banner, MS Office Suite, and other software applications; and
  • training and professional development programs for all managers and staff members.
