We understand that managing your professional development and growth could be an overwhelming process.  Where do you begin? When can you do this? How do you find what training courses, programs, and resources are available?  Who do you contact? And what about registration?  Then, how do you keep track of all this - your training history, and what about the host of certificates of completion?

  • register and receive online approval and confirmation for classroom courses and programs;
  • manage your personalized training dashboard with information just for you;
  • access online learning courses to over 500 desktop software applications as such MS Office 2010, Mac 2011, and Adobe products;
  • access over 500 e-books on technology;
  • upload and manage your individual development plan; and
  • manage your training records and certificates for both Pacific and non-Pacific training.

  • approve your staff's training request electronically;
  • assign specific training courses to your staff and receive confirmation upon completion;
