Signature Authority
Pacific implemented a University-wide Signature Authority Policy effective July 1, 2010. This Policy governs University signature authority and related requirements for all contracts and grants of any nature, including but not limited to purchase or lease of goods or services, hiring of employees and contractors, sponsored programs grants and contracts, charitable contributions, marketing agreements, athletics agreements and others.
