Pledge Agreements
A binding promise to provide a charitable contribution to the University over a specific time, in installments or lump sum payment.

Final Signature Authority:
- ≤ $1,000,000 Vice President for Development
- > $1,000,000 President
Additional Information and Requirements:
- University Development policies for pledge acceptance must be followed;
- Route all pledges to Development, copy all Pledge agreements ≥ $25,000 to Controller;
- Legal counsel review at the discretion of the Vice President.
