- Copy Controller's, special California Attorney General and IRS reporting requirements apply for "Commercial Fundraisers;"
- Legal counsel review required for all fundraiser agreements > $100,000;
- Consult with E-Commerce Compliance Officer if agreement involves the electronic transfer of payment information.
