Professional Fundraising and Special Events Agreements

Agreements outlining the roles and obligations of a vendor to perform certain functions as part of a special event or specific fundraising activity (e.g., online marketing) on behalf of the University.

Additional Information and Requirements:

  • Copy Controller's, special California Attorney General and IRS reporting requirements apply for "Commercial Fundraisers;"
  • Legal counsel review required for all fundraiser agreements > $100,000;
  • Consult with E-Commerce Compliance Officer if agreement involves the electronic transfer of payment information.
