Promotional and Outside Marketing Agreements; Agreements With Right to Use Logo and University Materials

An agreement that allows or engages another company to market the University or its affiliates, sometimes including use of University logo and other collateral materials.

Final Signature Authority:

  • ≤ $100,000 Dean, Athletic Director, Assistant/Associate Vice President, or Assistant/Associate Provost
  • All others require Vice President or Provost approval. 

Additional Information and Requirements:

  • Legal counsel review advised for agreements ≥ $250,000 or those with special provisions.
  • Marketing and University Communications office reviews all agreements unless authority has been formally delegated for a specific recurring purpose.
