Final Signature Authority:
- ≤ $50,000 Associate/Assistant Dean
- ≤ $100,000 Dean, Associate/Assistant Vice President, Associate/Assistant Provost
- ≤ $250,000 Dental, Pharmacy, Law School Dean
- ≤ $1,000,000 Provost or Vice President of a Division and Vice President for Business & Finance
- > $1,000,000 President
Additional Information and Requirements:
- Legal counsel review at the discretion of Signer;
- Consult with Risk Management regarding insurance;
- Copy long-term agreements to Controller's Office for IRS 990 reporting.
