Final Signature Authority:
- Associate Provost for Research and Collaborative Programs and Provost.
- Presidential approval for all potentially significant agreements based on Provost determination.
Additional Information and Requirements:
- Legal counsel review at the discretion of the Provost and/or President.
- Consult with E-Commerce Compliance Officer if agreement involves the electronic transfer of payment information.
