Final Signature Authority:
- Short-term agreements of one year or less: Department Chair/Program Director
- Long-term agreements: Provost
- Long-term agreements for clinical externships also require Vice President for Business & Finance approval
Additional Information and Requirements:
Consult with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Controller's Office as appropriate for new programs to ensure proper handling of student aid funding and taxation issues.
