The Controller's Office is responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of the University through the management of University-wide business and accounting policies and procedures, transactional analysis and review, internal and external financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and financial systems and related controls. Financial Reporting provides accounting services to the Pacific community by protecting and verifying the accuracy of its financial resources. We strive to analyze and report on Pacific's financial position in a complete and timely manner and in accordance with all applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
Accounts Payable provides timely and accurate payment of business transactions and non-payroll expenditures in accordance with all applicable regulations. We continually improve our processes for the Pacific community by utilizing teamwork and effective communication.
The Payroll Department processes payroll in an efficient and timely manner while adhering to all Federal and State guidelines. We provide and maintain a high level of customer service when addressing and resolving all payroll issues.
The Purchasing Department supports the Pacific Community with the procurement of necessary supplies, equipment and services. We strive to accomplish this in the most cost-effective way within acceptable standards of quality and service, while adhering to standard ethical purchasing practices.
The Sponsored Programs Accounting and Reporting Manager performs primarily post-award functions, which include budget monitoring, financial reporting and auditing, billing of sponsored agencies, and closeout of grants.
