Upon completing her education, Ms. Lewis worked for a local radio station and then for a family owned agricultural business. She began her career in Human Resources at Pacific as a Personnel Coordinator, promoted to Assistant Director, Associate Director and Assistant Vice President.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As Vice President for Human Resources, Ms. Lewis is responsible for providing university-wide oversight and coordination of the entire University’s employment policies and practices regarding recruitment, qualification and classification, compensation, training and development, and grievance resolution.
