Background
During his 25 years of tenure at Pacific, Mr. Brehm has held the positions of Bursar, Director of Business Services, and Controller. In 1998, he was promoted to the position of Chief Investment Officer and Associate Vice President for Business and Finance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Brehm directs and oversees Pacific’s treasury and cash management operations, endowment and investment trust services, institutional bank relations, property management, debt financing, the PacificCard operation, and the Bursar’s Office, which includes student accounts, loans, billing, and collections.
