The PacificCard™ Office
The PacificCARD™ is your multi-purpose ID card, and must be presented to enter numerous campus facilities, obtain services and access the library. Your card and related accounts are non-transferable and the card is valid only with a photo. Your PacificCARDTM may be deactivated and/or retained when presented by any individual other than the cardholder or by making inappropriate or illegal use of the card.
The PacificCARD™ has four facets:
Look for the Spot!
PacificCashTM - A card tender that allows an individual to pay for items on and off campus using thier PacificCardTM.

Security/ID - Your PacificCardTM allows you to access places like the Library, Fitness Center & Residence Halls with
a simple swipe or scan. You will also be asked to present your card as ID in various campus locations
such as: Student Accounts, Registrars, Financial Aid and Pacific Athletic Facilities.
Meal Plan - All students living on campus have a meal plan. At any food service location you will simply say "meal plan"
and swipe to pay. Don't live on campus? Consider our Commuter Dining Plan options, Powered by

Bookstore - As a financially accepted student you are allowed to charge $950.00 per semester to your student account
by saying "bookstore charge" during checkout at the bookstore. (Currently Stockton campus only)
Deposits can be made by visiting the PacificCARDTM Office, Kiosks located at the Lair in the UC and the Library, using the PacificCARDTM App or by selecting "Manage Your Account"and logging on or quickly by using the "Add Cash Now" link

To report a Lost or Stolen ID card:
You can suspend your card 24x7 by logging onto your account, using the PacificCARDTM App or computer and selecting the "Lost/Stolen Cards" link. Your card will be deactivated from use and an email sent to the PacificCARD™ Office.

PacificCard™ Ticket Support System
The PacificCard™ Ticket Tracking System can be used to create and manage support requests for Security, Merchant Programs, Department or general card related issues.
Graduating? Refund of PacificCash™ to Student Account:
You can request that funds from your PacificCash™ account be transferred to your Student Account if you are graduating or withdrawing from the University. Complete the Refund of PacificCash™ to Student Account form, print and submit to the PacificCard™ Office.
