Internal Audit- install new register / damper control systems for PAC-3

Finance Center- 2nd floor HVAC system zoning upgrade. Install (3) 18 SEER condensing units 90+ AFUE furnaces, new ducting and insulate attic

Eberhardt School of Business- Honeywell Spyder - Bacnet E.M.S. system upgrade for chiller / boiler rooms

Campus wide- testing of back-flow devices

Residence Halls - installation of fire sprinkler systems in housing areas to be determined

Campus Wide- underground gas survey and repairs of any leaks found

Campus Wide- annual testing of back-flow devices

SOP Boiler Room - change out water heater to new high efficient unit
