The Custodial Department assists in the coordination, set up and break down of special events. Examples of these events are meetings, dinners, parties, graduations and weddings.
We are able to obtain items such as tents, canopies, trash receptacles, tables, chairs, podiums, banners and University seals for your event.
Departments should submit their request through our FAMIS system no later than five days prior to the event. If you event requires specific placement of tables, chairs, podium and/or banners, please e-mail your diagram to Cindy Wilson or Tara Dreher or fax it to the Support Services' main office at 209.946.3109. Please be sure to reference the SR number provided by FAMIS.
