Storing and Sending Mailing lists to Mail Room

Mail Services is able to stuff, fold, insert and address bulk mail projects in-house.

Once a Bulk Mailing is in process; please follow the Bulk Mailing Procedure to alert the Mail Room that the project will be arriving

The person with posession of the mailing list should save it to the "inbox" of the following network drive:

\\homedirs1\mailroom$\dropbox

         If this drive is not mapped to your desktop, please refer to:

Please name your project using the following format:

     Name of Mailing (as listed on Bulk mailing form)_today's date (mmddyyyy)

Please indicate that you are sending the address file for the Mail Room to apply the addresses to your material in the "notes" section of the Bulk Mail Request Form.
