Staff Performance Reviews

 

The performance review process helps individual employees and organizations throughout University of the Pacific to be successful and accomplish their goals. It encourages leaders and employees to collaboratively set priorities for what needs to be accomplished and how things need to be done. This results in greater workplace effectiveness, efficiency and engagement.

A performance review is one of the most important management tools available to supervisors and staff.  It is an official part of documenting performance, recognizing successes and planning for the future.  The staff and supervisors should work together to write performance goals and objectives, discuss standards and expectations, and set professional growth and development objectives.

 Completed annual performance review forms are due in Human Resources no later than July 1 each year.
