A performance review is one of the most important management tools available to mangers, supervisors, and employees. It is an official part of documenting staff's performance, recognizing staff's successes, and planning for future successes.

Performance Review Process

Performance reviews are conducted annually for all Pacific employees.

 Annual Performance Review

Performance review forms are due to Human Resources no later than July 1 each year.
