Staff Performance Review Programs & Forms
A performance review is one of the most important management tools available to supervisors and employees. It is an official part of documenting staff's performance, recognizing successes, and planning for future. Performance reviews are conducted annually for all Pacific staff.
Completed annual performance review forms are due in Human Resources no later that July 1 each year.

It is getting close to that time again when staff receive annual performance reviews. Please remember in preparing that performance reviews are:
- basic to successful management and an integral part of day to day operations, as well as long range planning;
- a way of maintaining open communication between supervisors and staff;
- a way of offering staff constructive insight into their own career development, as will as assistance in meeting professional goals; and
- an opportunity for supervisors and staff to discuss the successes in accomplishing the past year's goals and to establish a plan for achieving University and department goals and objectives in the coming year.
The review process, from start to finish, takes time to complete properly. Plan accordingly and allow enough time to prepare thoroughly for the review; discuss job performance, along with setting goals for the coming year; complete the University performance review form with all of the required signatures; and return to Human Resources no later than July 1, 2013.
Human Resources is providing performance review training to new and current supervisors and/or staff on April 4, 11, 18 and 25 at 11:00 in the Human Resources Training Room.
