Employee Assistance Program

Recognizing that life events do not always go as planned, Pacific offers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you and your family members cope with problems and stress at work and at home.

This free, confidential, short-term assessment and referral service can help with a variety of personal issues including work-related concerns, conflict resolution, marital or relationship concerns, grief and loss matters. Each benefit eligible full-time or part- time employee and their dependents are eligible to receive up to 3 sessions per personal problem.

This program is in addition to the mental health and substance abuse benefits offered under Pacific's medical plans. All Pacific benefit eligible employees and their dependents are eligible beginning on the date of hire.

To contact the ComPsych 24-hour Member Services Line, simply call 1-877-595-5281 and you may be guided to a counselor in your vicinity for confidential assistance.

All EAP services are under one virtual roof, offering content,  self-assessment, interactive tools and educational guides for you and your family to utilize. external Log onto Online Guidance Resources. First time users must enter EAPBusiness as your company Web ID, and enter UNIVE as your employer name.
