In January 2003, a Student Life task force involving directors, administrative assistants, coordinators and senior leadership, developed and adopted a mission statement embraced by the entire Division.
The Division of Student Life Leadership Team met weekly during the summer of 2003 to identify the path we would strategically follow to putting into practice our Division mission statement and the priorities of the University. The Division Leadership facilitated conversations with individual staff which provided ongoing feedback toward the development of the Division’s strategic plan. The Division leadership and individual units completed analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as analysis of our history and the current institutional landscape.
