About Us
The Latino/a Community Outreach Center is an outgrowth of Pacific, commitment to international education and cross cultural understanding. For the past 4 years, the Latino/a Outreach Program has continued to extend their outreach and contacts.Specific components include a bilingual living/ learning residential halls that opened in 2008, a cross cultural certificate program for the professions, an innovative Hispanic outreach program to our local community and joint academic programs with universities in Latin America.

Perseguimos responder a los modos en que la universidad puede asociarse para el mejoramiento de nuestras comunidades y para promover cooperación entre la gente de las Américas por medio de iniciativas colectivas. Por los últimos cuatro años, el Programa de Promoción de la Comunidad Latina ha continuado extendiendo su ayuda y contactos. También nos empeñamos en diálogos significativos con comunidades hispanas/latinas regionales para desarrollar iniciativas concretas y programas para mejor servir a los estudiantes hispanos/latinos y sus comunidades.
Latino/a Community Outreach (Raymond Lodge)
This program represents the University during college nights, career fairs, school visits, and other informational programs. The office is the bridge and the hub for the local community and Latino/a-based community organizations.
Raymond Lodge is located on the South-west side of campus near A.G. Spanos Center, for more information call us at 209-946-7705.
Programa de Promoción de la Comunidad Latina
Este programa representa a La Universidad del Pacifico durante los siguientes eventos: noches de Colegio, talleres de trabajo, visitas de escuelas, y otros programas informativos. La oficina es el puente y el centro de actividad para la comunidad local y organizaciones comunitarias basadas en ayudar a los latinos. Raymond Lodge esta cerca de las calles Pershing y Alpine. 10th Annual Student Financial Aid and College Awareness Workshop
The Student Finacial Aid & College Awareness Workshop sponsored by The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. All students and families are welcomed, grades 6-12. Multiple languages available to assist Seniors with filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). For more information call Latino Community Outreach Office (209) 946-7705.
