Bishop's Scholarship
Annual Award: $2,500 - For first-time freshman or transfer students only
Any active member of any United Methodist Church in California, Arizona, Nevada or Hawaii who demonstrates academic excellence and commitment to the church may be recommended by the pastor or selection committee of his/her church.
Bishop Scholarship Application Applications are also available from the Office of Financial Aid.
Suggested Minimum Criteria
GPA: 3.25
SAT: Combined scores of 1,100, or an ACT composite score of 24
To complete your application, please send the following:
1) Application for the Bishops Scholarship Program
2) Personal Statement
3) Pastor's Letter of Recommendation
4) Church Committee's Letter of Recommendation
