Users who receive spam in their inbox may forward it to IT Security so that Pacific's spam filtering system can be adjusted and it can be reported to the offending ISP. In order to accurately determine the origin of the spam you must include the full internet headers with each spam you forward.
Currently, the viewing/forwarding of all Internet headers isn't available from Outlook Web Access. We suggest using an E-mail client (such as one listed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_email_clients ) to report your spam instead.
