The following telephony services are available on the Stockton and Sacramento campuses:
- Long distance authorization codes for long distance calls (Stockton only)
- Voicemail retrieval from email or smart device (ex. Blackberry) (Unified Messaging)
- Web interface to control voicemail features and change voicemail password
- Ability to monitor a voicemail message as it is being left (Stockton only) (Message Monitor)
- Ability to search voicemail using LCD screen on IP phone (Message Locator)
- Call forwarding to internal extensions
- Ad-hoc audio conference calling
- Two-way video conference calls from desktops (Stockton limited deployment)
- On-line phone bills (Stockton Only)
- The ability to send incoming calls directly to voicemail (iDivert)
- Directory of calls received, missed calls, and placed calls on IP phones
- Pacific Directory on IP phones
- Personal address books
- Fast dials on IP phones
- Speed dials
