Current Services

The following telephony services are available on the Stockton and Sacramento campuses:

  • Long distance authorization codes for long distance calls (Stockton only)
  • Voicemail retrieval from email or smart device (ex. Blackberry) (Unified Messaging)
  • Web interface to control voicemail features and change voicemail password
  • Ability to monitor a voicemail message as it is being left (Stockton only) (Message Monitor)
  • Ability to search voicemail using LCD screen on IP phone (Message Locator)
  • Call forwarding to internal extensions
  • Ad-hoc audio conference calling
  • Two-way video conference calls from desktops (Stockton limited deployment)
  • On-line phone bills (Stockton Only)
  • The ability to send incoming calls directly to voicemail (iDivert)
  • Directory of calls received, missed calls, and placed calls on IP phones
  • Pacific Directory on IP phones
  • Personal address books
  • Fast dials on IP phones
  • Speed dials
