Pacific Wireless Group Plan
Pacific has negotiated discounted rates for Pacific employees and/or students with the following wireless service providers:
- AT&T
- Sprint
- Verizon
The two different types of plans are Corporate and Personal plans. For personal plans, you work directly with the carrier. Corporate plans are comprehensively managed by OIT Telecommunications. The carrier will not directly assist corporate plan members; they must contact the Pacific OIT Customer Support Center (CSC) Helpdesk for assistance.
Corporate plan members may submit a request for assistance through the CSC Hepdesk at 209.946.7400, or via e-mail at helpdesk@pacific.edu, or through your local Technical Support Provider.
