University of the Pacific is poised for an incredible future. Following our bold strategic plan, Pacific 2020, we are strengthening our University and working to improve our students' success.
I invite you to take a moment to review the major initiatives and accomplishments of the past fiscal year by clicking through our online album of stories and photos. I also encourage you to read Vice President Patrick D. Cavanaugh's letter describing the University's financial strength and stability. The tremendous gains we have seen in philanthropy, particularly a $125 million gift from the estate of former regents Jeannette and Robert Powell, position us to take full advantage of the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
Our vision for University of the Pacific is to become known as the best teaching-focused university in California - the first choice for talented students who want excellent programs, close working relationships with faculty, a challenging but supportive learning environment, and an exciting future after graduation.
As we celebrate our current successes and work to shape Pacific's future, there is no better time to be part of the Pacific family. Thank you for being part of the vision.
