C. The MVP retreat document will be corrected for typos and posted on the web. Comments will be solicited from those who attended.

III.Jonathan Meer outlined the seven-year Capital Campaign. The quiet phase is to begin July 1, 2000. A feasibility study, led by Marts and Lundy, will help determine the time line and goal for the campaign. It is expected the goal will be in the $150M -$300M ranges. The public phase should begin when at least 40% of the goal has been pledged, hopefully by the fall of 2002. New time lines will be made available as updated.
