Send an email
Email requests should, if at all possible be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled 'Send Date'. Your email might not be sent on the requested date/time as multiple groups are engaged to facilitate your request. (email encoding, email copy+edit, target population selection, and multiple approval stages.)

Rush Email Requests: This is a courtesy service, at heavy scheduled times, we may not be able to fulfill last minute requests due to staffing constraints. You may request an email be sent in an emergency situation, however, we require finalized and approved content 24 hours before the email is to be sent. If the content is provided on a Friday, the email will be sent on Monday.
