The Faculty Success Program (often referred to as 'Boot Camp') is offered by the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity. It is an intensive program focused on assisting doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows, pre-tenure, and post-tenure faculty to extend their research, writing, and productivity expertise while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.  The Panel will be comprised of Pacific faculty members who have completed the FSP in previous years.
