Polling for Student Understanding Martin and Terri - The Internet and smart phones have greatly improved options for student response and polling, allowing us to move away from the hand-held devices. Come learn about two options: Polleverywhere and TurningPoint. We will also discuss how polling can be used for discussion generation, quick-check of student learning, and exam review.

Using Media in Sakai with Kaltura (Media Gallery) with Martin - Do you want to use media in your class, but you're nervous about using public sites like YouTube or Vimeo? Let Martin show you how to use Sakai's built-in Media Gallery tool by Kaltura. You will learn how to upload video and audio for your students to stream, all housed within Sakai.
