IV. Calendar
Ongoing discussion regarding changing the Academic Calendar for Fall09 continued. McCallum shared documents of the propose calendar changes. The proposed calendar would only shorten the semester, not change class times. Classes would commence on Monday, August 31 and end Friday, April 30, 2009. There was some concern of how other departments may be affected, Financial Aid, Housing, University Center etc. The Calendar will be presented to Academic Council for approval.
