insidePacific accounts are set to expire from inactivity that lasts over 160 days (6 months).
- If you have forgotten your password and try to enter an incorrect password, the account will be disabled after 15 unsuccessful attempts.
- If you have to reset or reactivate your account, you can do this online by registering your password at: http://locksmith.pacific.edu or you will need to come to the Customer Support Center in the Common Room in the Raymond/Callison Building with your photo ID during regular business hours Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
