Transfer Course Approval Request (TCAR)
(For Current Students Only)
Currently enrolled undergraduate Pacific students may take a course(s) at another institution by filing a Transfer Course Approval Request (TCAR) form 
with the Office of the Registrar.
The completed form petition must be filed and approved prior to enrolling in the requested class(es) at the other institution. Plan ahead as those forms can take up to three weeks to process.
NOTE: A maximum 18 units may be taken from Pacific and another institution in a particular semester. After completing the course(s), you must send an official transcript to the Office of Admission. Failure to send an official transcript will result in a hold on your records.
