Continuing Student Requirements
Academic Advising Required: Academic Advising is available to you through your academic department adviser. You are encouraged to meet regularly with an adviser for assistance with understanding general education and major requirements. Remember, not meeting with your adviser nullifies your Four-Year Guarantee. Meet with your adviser, who will have your Registration Access Code which is required to register. Your adviser will help you select classes and check carefully to see that you meet all required prerequisites. Students who register for a course who do not meet the prerequisites or placement test will be dropped from the course.
Have you declared your major(s) and minor(s)? Complete a Change of Program form available online under Registrar forms and take it to the appropriate department for approval. Major or minor degree requirements become effective at the time you declare and are accepted by the academic department.
Is your Adviser correct? If you do not have a current adviser or you wish to change advisers, you must fill out the adviser section on the Change of Program form available online under Registrar forms.
