Classroom scheduling FAQ
Can I use any empty room?
- No, you must email your request to your Department Scheduler who will work with the Office of the Registrar.
What if there is not enough desks/seating in the room?
- Do Not Take seats from another room.
- maximum seating capacity is set by the Fire Marshal State and City Safety regulations.
- contact your Department Scheduler who will work with the Office of the Registrar to request a larger room.
Can I add desks/seating in the room?
- Do Not Take seats from another room.

Can desks/seating be moved around in the room?
- Certainly, feel free to move furniture based on your needs. Remember to return all furniture to its original configuration prior to leaving the room.
The technology in the room is not working. What should I do?
- during the week contact the school that supports the building.

The heating/air conditioning is not working in the room.
