The Technology in Education Committee is composed of faculty from all academic units, including the library. This faculty committee has primary responsibility of providing recommendations to the Academic Council, the Information Strategy and Policy Committee (ISPC), the Office of Information Technology (OIT), and to other committees within the participating academic units. These recommendations pertain to the use of instructional technology and central services to support teaching, to promote student learning, and to advance scholarship and support research.
The TEC is currently soliciting proposals for the distribution of $130,000 towards the development of technologies that will have a high impact on teaching and learning. Please read our Request for Proposals for more information.
