Staff Survey

The SAC periodically surveys staff to understand changing needs, concerns and climate of employee satisfaction.

Fall 2011 Pacific Employee Career Growth Motivations Survey

The Staff Advisory Council is conducting a survey of staff employees at Pacific to gauge the climate of employee motivation to pursue career growth at Pacific. We are seeking to also understand the perceptions that Pacific staff hold regarding the opportunities available to them in their field or function, supervisor support of growth and the University's commitment to creating an environment that enables career advancement.

You will not be asked to divulge your position title, division or department affiliation, as this survey is anonymous. We will ask other non-identifying demographic information to understand how perceptions may be affected by tenure with the university, primary campus, employee status and/or gender.

We thank you in advance for sharing your candid and honest responses with the Staff Advisory Council. The summary results of the survey will be shared with Human Resources and the office of Assessment, Technology & Training.
