Cathy Dodson is the Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services, Budgets and Strategic Talent Management and part of University Advancement's senior leadership team. She has been in this position for almost two years, providing leadership in divisional budget matters, human resources, employee recruitment and talent management. She also supervises the Advancement Services, Planned Giving, and Donor Relations and Stewardship departments.
Cathy has 20 years of experience in a variety of roles in the Pacific Development division including previous leadership positions in Development Research, Advancement Services and Planned Giving.
Cathy earned a degree in diversified studies from Pacific and is a member of CASE and member of the Rotary Club of Stockton. She is a former board member of the Stockton Estate Planning Council, the San Joaquin County Financial Planning Association and Habitat for Humanity of San Joaquin County.
