Steve Harvath is the Assistant Vice President of Development and part of University Advancement's senior leadership team. He has held this position since September 2011.  He provides leadership for the directors of development for the Conservatory of Music, College of the Pacific, the University Library, Benerd School of Education, School of Engineering and Computer Science and the Eberhardt School of Business. He manages a portfolio of generous gift givers to the University.

Steve has more than 20 years' experience promoting high-value fundraising for higher education institutions. He is committed to promoting the public good, protecting, and enabling students and faculty to achieve their highest potential.

Steve holds a Ph.D. from Brown University and earned his B.A. from the University of the New Mexico.  He is a member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals and the Rotary Club of Stockton.
