Pacific Baseball Series Against UC Riverside Changed To Two-Day Series

Apr 9, 2010

Due to the high chance of rain on Sunday, the Pacific baseball three-day series against UC Riverside has been shortened to two-days with a doubleheader on Saturday.

The Tigers will play at the regularly-scheduled time tonight, for a 6 p.m. first pitch on Friday, April 9. Then, instead of playing on Sunday, both teams will tangle for a doubleheader on Saturday, April 10, which is slated for a 2 p.m. start, followed by a 6 p.m. nightcap.

Sunday's forecast calls for a 70 percent chance of rain in Stockton, Calif., with less than a 10 percent chance on Friday and Saturday.

All three games can be heard online at www.pacifictigers.com and will also be shown on GameTracker and live video will be featured at www.bigwest.org.
