Pacific Men's Water Polo: Pacific Men's Water Polo Picked No. 10 in CWPA Top-20 Poll

In the first national poll of the season, Pacific's men's water polo team has been ranked No. 10 in the top-20 preseason rankings, compiled by the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA). Additionally the Tigers have been picked to finish eighth in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation's (MPSF) preseason coaches poll.

Last season the Tigers finished tied for seventh in the MPSF during the regular season and ended the year No. 13 in the CWPA National Poll. This season the Tigers return 16 letter winners and will be led by seniors Joey Gullikson (Sonoma, Calif.) and Austin Delong(Houston, Texas) and sophomore Goran Tomasevic (Split, Croatia).

Pacific kicks off the 2010 season Sept. 4-5 in San Diego, Calif., at UC San Diego's Triton Invitational.
