Additional Staff Learning & Development Programs in November:

The Learning Roadmap

Learning is a journey...not a one-time event.  That's the basis for Staff Learning & Development at Pacific.  The journey has been mapped out with some key points, which include Self-Assessment, Organizational Awareness, Planning The Journey and Taking The Journey.   Please join us to learn about our new vision and to share your thoughts about this new journey.

Date: November 15, 2011 Time: 10a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Life Values Inventory Assessment

Your values are the lenses through which you view yourself and the world.  They are also the basis for your thoughts, feelings, and behavior.  This session will help you define and assess 14 different values and how to link those values for effective decision making and ideal performance.

Date: November 17, 2011 Time: 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Get Ready for the Learning Journey

There's a saying...You need to attend to training, not just attend it.  This session is designed to help you get clear about what you want, be specific about what you can do to get there and last but certainly not least partner with your manager/supervisor about your plan.

Date: November 29, 2011 Time: 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
