Coach Graham To Announce 2012 Recruiting Class On Radio Show

Apr 26, 2012

Pacific Men's Water Polo head coach James Graham will announce his 2012 recruiting class live Monday, April 30, on "Talking Water Polo at the Planet," a radio broadcast featured on WaterPoloPlanet.com.

Graham will join hosts Trevor Freeman and Coach Dave live at 8 p.m. PST to reveal the Tigers' incoming recruiting class. In what has become a yearly tradition, Graham announced last season's recruiting class on the show, as well.

After being named the head coach prior to the 2008 season, Graham has Pacific's program on the rise, taking it to new heights both nationally and in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation. The 2011 season saw the Tigers debut at No. 5 nationally, the program's highest preseason ranking in five years. Pacific went on to claim fifth place in the MPSF Tournament, the program's best finish since 2006.

The Tigers bid farewell to 11 student-athletes at the conclusion of last season, including All-America selectionTom Koning, fourth-leading scorer Daniel Lungu and standout defensive player Tyler Reardon. All told, Pacific will have to replace 34 percent of its scoring.

The radio show can be listened to here. A full release of Pacific's 2012 recruiting class will be issued following the show.
