Customer Support Center Modified Winter Break Hours
Beginning Monday, December 17th, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Customer Support Center will be operating on a modified schedule for Winter Break.
Monday, December 17th - Friday, December 21st Open 7:30AM - 6:30PM
Saturday, December 22nd - Monday, January 1st Closed
Tuesday, January 2nd - Friday, January 4th Open 7:30AM - 6:30PM
We will return to normal business hours on Saturday, January 5th of 12:00PM-5:00PM (Weekends) and 7:30AM-8:00PM(Monday-Friday).
OIT staff are always available to respond to emergency situations outside of normal business hours. Should you experience an emergency, please call 209.946.7400, press 1 and leave a brief message explaining the nature of the emergency and your contact information. An emergency technician will be paged.
