Is Your Address Correct for Your W-2?W-2 forms will be mailed by January 31, 2013, for employees who have not elected to receive them electronically
If you have not signed up to receive the electronic W-2 tax form, it will be mailed to the mailing address on file by January 31, 2013. If your mailing address has changed in the past year, please contact Human Resources or download the address change form and turn it in to Human Resources as soon as possible to ensure your address is updated before the W-2s are mailed.
There is still time to elect to receive the W-2 electronically through Inside Pacific/Employee Services menu/Tax Information.
Once employees have consented to receiving Forms W-2 electronically and the Payroll Department has sent notification they are ready, employees can return to insidePacific to print their statement and attach it to a Federal, State, or local income tax return.
