No Kill Equation Coalition meeting
Sunday, January 29, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
DeRosa University Center, room  211

Would you like to help Stockton and San Joaquin County go "no kill"--saving every possible animal that comes into the shelter? This meeting is to bring together the individuals and organizations that can implement the No Kill Equation in Stockton and San Joaquin County. We need a lead organization or individual for each part of the No Kill Equation, and we can discuss coordination and leadership. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are all invited. This meeting is not to debate the merits or feasibility of No Kill sheltering, but to start working toward better care and outcomes for the animals.

Lecture by Sherry Woodard, canine behaviorist from Best Friends Animal Society
Tuesday, January 31, 12-1
Spruce Room (in the McCaffrey Center)

Bring your lunch and the student organization ELSA will provide drinks and dessert. Hear about the Canines with Careers Initiative and let's see if we can launch a Canines with Careers program in Stockton.
