College Fair Comes to University of the Pacific

Feb 2, 2012

University of the Pacific will host one of the largest college fairs in the Central Valley, giving area students quick access to representatives from hundreds of colleges and universities from across North America. The Western Association for College Admission Counseling College Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 18 in the Alex G. Spanos Center on Pacific's Stockton campus.

The college fair will offer numerous sessions in the evening to help prospective college students with the search process:

·         Sessions detailing the college search process, to help future students search for their ideal school effectively.

·         Bilingual session for Spanish and non-English-speaking individuals on the college search process.

·         Informational session about the process of applying for different types of financial aid, to help students get the most for their money.

Pacific is also offering "bus scholarships" to schools that want to transport large groups of high school juniors and seniors to the fair. School representatives who want to apply for these scholarships can visit the pre-registration link below for an application form or other information, or can email tteixeira@pacific.edu.
