University of the PACIFIC

In preparation for fiscal year-end, Friday June 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. is the deadline to submit FY12 cash receipts to the University's Cashiers in the Finance Center.    

Items due on  Friday June 29 are:

·         Reconcile department petty cash and change funds; prepare & submit authorization for payment with supporting documentation to Financial Reporting

·         All goods and services for FY12 should be received and in service

·         Deadline for all payroll redistributions

·         Inventory counts must be completed
