Payroll Web Time Entry Drop-in Sessions

The Payroll Department will hold open drop-in sessions for the new web time entry system now accessed through insidePacific. These open sessions have been scheduled to provide employees the opportunity to receive assistance in completing time sheets, to ensure understanding of this new system, and to ask questions. All student and temp casual employees working the September 1-15 pay period are invited to attend the following sessions:

Date: September 7, 2012
Times: 9 - 11 am  or
            2 - 4 pm

Date: September 14, 2012
Times: 9 - 11 am or 
            2 - 4 pm

All approvers or proxies who have time sheets to approve for the September 1-15 pay period are invited to attend the following sessions: 

Date: September 17, 2012
Times: 9 - 11 am or
            2 - 4 pm

All sessions will be held in the new Staff Learning and Development training room on the 2nd floor in Bannister Hall.

Registration is not required.
